Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy is a technique that gets right in there and gets out the sore spots. This is a technique that is more "humane" than deep tissue massage. It still hurts to some degree because I am right on the spot in the muscle that is keeping the muscle contracted. I ask my client to breath through the tissues relaxing and realign the fibers, and move on to the next.

This technique is favored by people with conditions that need a gentler but effective treatment :

* seniors

* fibromyalgia

* chronic pain

* whiplash

* healing from a broken limb or surgery

* headaches

Coming in well hydrated is always a good plan when going for a massage.

Facial cupping is a type of alternative therapy that uses suction cups on the face to promote blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, and potentially improve skin appearance.
